Cornelia Connelly School is a Catholic college-preparatory high school for girls in Anaheim, California. Established in 1961 by the Sisters of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus, it is named after Cornelia Connelly, founder of that Roman Catholic religious institute. Although located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, it is an independent school, one of ten Holy Child schools in the United States.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Cornelia Connelly School Website )〕 There also are thirteen other Holy Child Schools in England, Ireland, France, Ghana, and Nigeria. ==Description== Connelly's student body consists of approximately 200 students who represent a multitude of religious and cultural traditions from Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Connelly is a sister school to Rosary High School in Fullerton; Rosary is diocesan whereas Connelly is independent. Connelly also has a brother school; Servite High School in Anaheim. Servite High School and Cornelia Connelly School are both independent single-sex Catholic college-prep high schools. Servite, Connelly, and Rosary unify at football games, Tri-School Theater, and school dances.
